Children: Children are welcome in the hotel. A maximum of two children under 14 years can stay in a room with two adults at no extra charge, providing existing bedding is utilised. The property has a games room, however it is unsupervised.
Disabled: The property has four rooms which are accessible for guests with disabilities. The four rooms are on the lower floors. These rooms feature wide doorways, showers with easy access and hand rails.
Miscellaneous:
Cancellation policy is one full night's room charge for bookings cancelled within 72 hours of arrival, or in the event of a non arrival.

Zen - Serves culinary masterpieces of authentic Chinese cuisine, with more awards than most restaurants dream of. Zen is understandably regarded as the best Chinese restaurant on the coast.
Spinners - A relaxing, cafe-style restaurant where you can be tempted by coffee and cake or something more substantial. Food Fantasy - A lavish buffet that has become a favourite with locals and visitors alike. Bite - The party never stops at Conrad Jupiters and neither does Bite. Open from 11.00 a.m. to 6.00 a.m., you are able to grab a quick bite from soup to pizza. The Prince Albert - Warm and welcoming English style pub.
Conrad Jupiters is situated just off the Gold Coast Highway. Turn onto T.E. Peters Drive at the traffic lights. Turn left at the roundabout and proceed over the bridge to the island.
Children 14 years and under stay free when occupying the same room as parents, using existing bedding.
