The 420-hectare farm carries 300 to 400 beef cattle and sugar cane and breeds Arabian horses, some of which are used for cattle mustering and horse riding for farmstay guests. Guests staying at Cedar Glen Farmstay can engage in farm activities, tennis, bushwalking, bird watching or simply relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Farm activities, including cow-milking, egg-collecting and feeding poultry, peacocks and pigs, are always popular with children and there is usually a pet kangaroo in residence.
