Description

Carrington Cottage is a charming cottage situated at Bonogin/Mudgeeraba. Five minutes drive to Robina and Mudgeeraba village. With superb views of the Hinterland. Set on the verge of town, with easy access to the motorway, by car. Conveniently situated between the beautiful Gold Coast beaches and the lush hinterland. Only 15 minutes drive to Burleigh Beach, 25 minutes drive to Surfers Paradise. Theme Parks 20 minutes drive.

Carrington Cottage is set on three levels. The Carrington Cottage apartment occupies the lower floor of this quaint cottage, sleeps four guests. The floor above, the middle floor, is left vacant. Therefore, there is no noise transfer. This is for your privacy. The third floor, the top level, is the owner's residence. The Cottage apartment has its own private entrances. Car parking is right next to the cottage.

The region is home to beautiful national parks with great walking trails, waterfalls and lush rainforest, as well as cosy mountain villages and country towns, all within a stone's throw of the coast.

From the north, take exit 82 from the M1 Motorway. Then, turn right at the roundabout onto Somerset Drive, go straight through two roundabouts, and turn right at the next roundabout, staying on Somerset Drive. Follow Somerset Drive to Bonogin Road, turn left into Bonogin Road, and follow it until you reach Carrington Road on your left. Carrington Cottage is the fifth property on the right.

The two bedroom cottage apartment consists of: main bedroom with four poster queen bed and lovely views; second bedroom with one double bed and one single bed; lounge complete with television, DVD and CD player; dining; stylish bathroom with views; kitchen (small but functional); washing machine; verandah with comfortable seating; Hinterland views; reverse cycle air-conditioning; private parking; the size of the apartment is 80 square metres inside, plus a 30 square metre verandah: 110 in total. The cottage is made up and ready for you to enjoy - all you need to bring is your personal items.
