As you reach the top of the Beechmont Rise, a vista suddenly spreads out before you - situated on the Scenic Rim, and close to the Lamington National Park, you have the views of Springbrook on the Coast side of the ridge, and the road taking you to O'Reilly's and Binna Burra ahead of you, with views of Ships Stern and the New South Wales hinterland stretching out before you, while the Gold Coast glistens in all its sun bleached glory all the way up north.

How To Get There:
From Brisbane it's an easy drive on the Pacific Motorway M1, take the Nerang turn-off (Exit 69) and through Nerang on Route 90 changing to Route 97 towards the Hinze Dam. Turn right at the Beechmont/Binna Burra turn off and follow the signs just under 12 kilometres along Beechmont Road. Allow approximately 60 minutes from Brisbane, 40 minutes from Coolangatta or 25 minutes from Surfers Paradise and 25 minutes from the Theme Parks.
