Within short walking distance to famous Broadbeach alfresco restaurants, boutique shopping, Jupiter's Casino. A 150 metre walk will take you to the sparkling ocean and white sandy beaches. Spacious apartments featuring balconies, air conditioning and all home comforts are on offer. Cancellation Information:
In Low and Shoulder seasons there is no cancellation fee if the booking is cancelled eight days or more prior to travel. A two night cancellation fee applies, if the booking is cancelled seven days prior to intended travel or in the case of a no show.
In the Peak season, no cancellation fee applies if booking is cancelled 15 days or more prior to intended travel. There is no refund if the booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to intended travel or in the case of a no show.
If, after arrival, clients are dissatisfied with any respect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of the property manager.

The property is one block towards the beach from the Gold Coast Highway at Broadbeach.

How To Get There:
They are located approximately 30 minutes north of the Gold Coast Airport and about one hour from Brisbane Airport. They are located on the corner of Surf Parade and Anne Avenue and are only 100 metres from the beach.

Extra person rate AUD25.00 per night per person. Use of sofa bed - extra charge of AUD15.00 per five night stay.
