If 30 days notice is given, only an administration fee of AUD30.00 will be taken from the deposit. If less than 30 days notice is given, the deposit will only be returned, less the administration fee if the apartment is fully relet.

Open Times
Open 0900 to 1700, Monday to Friday. Open 0900 to 1200 Saturday and 0900 until 1100 on Sunday.
