The longest stay by a guest is nine weeks! Most people stay three days, however you can stay as long or as short as you like.

How To Get There:
By bus from Rockhampton Transfers on Monday - Friday (occasional weekends) Myella will pick you up from Rockhampton at 6.30 a.m. Phone to arrange a pickup where ever you are in Rockhampton. Currently most guests are picked up from the YHA Rockhampton or the Ascot Hotel. The return at the end of your farmstay gets you into Rockhampton at approximately 7.00 p.m.
By car Myella is 125 kilometres south west of Rockhampton. The journey takes one and a half hours. Hervey Bay is five hours from Myella. From the south they recommend travelling via the Burnett Highway, it is more scenic. If you look at a detailed map Myella can be found between Kokotungo and Koemba and the closest town is Baralaba.
Directions from Gladstone Myella is just over two hours drive, 200 kilometres from Gladstone. Drive to Biloela and from there to Dululu/Rockhampton. After this, signs are very small.

Tariff Information:
Prices include all activities, meals and accommodation, Rockhampton transfers and the use of riding boots and old farm clothes.

Experience outback life at Myella Cattle farm. Horse riding is their speciality. Ride through the wide open fields on happy horses. Motorbike lessons are available in the afternoon. Cow milking and animal feeding is included. The Eather family occasionally care for orphaned kangaroos, help care for the joeys. All activities, meals and Rockhampton transfers (please enquire for availability) are included - pick up 6.30 a.m. and return 6.30 p.m. You will leave stiff, sore and dirty but happy.
