There is access and facilities for guests with a disability. Wheelchair access - a wide gently sloping ramp; extra wide decks; large domestic toilets (one with grip bars); access to lower cabin, side and back decks.

Cancellation Information:
48 hours notice required for full refund or contact Whalesong to discuss options. If Whalesong Cruises cancels due to unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be given. Whalesong may substitute another vessel if a breakdown occurs. If weather conditions are deemed unfavourable by Whalesong Cruises, guests will be given the option to change cruise date or cancel cruise.

Departure Details:
The Entrance to the tourist terminal is via a "round about" on the corner of Edwin Street, The Esplanade and Buccaneer Drive. It is also the entrance to The Break Free Resort. On arrival at the Tourist Terminal, you make you way to the boardwalk that borders the harbour. You will be looking at the boats from the Boardwalk. To the left of the Boardwalk, when looking at the boats there is a large blue ramp that adjusts with the tides. Walk down the ramp onto the main commercial floating pontoon. M.V. Whalesong is 20 metres along the pontoon on the right hand side.

Disabled Facilities:
Accessible parking spaces, tidal ramp to pontoon, accessible ramp on to boat, extra wide decks, accessible main saloon, accessible unisex toilet, wheelchair tie downs and storage area. Wheelchair pick up service within Hervey Bay available on request.

How To Get There:
Hervey Bay is part of the Fraser Coast in Queensland. 30 kilometres from Maryborough and less than 300 kilometres from Brisbane, you can get to Hervey Bay by plane, train, bus or car.
The tourist Terminal is at the Eastern end of the City and can be reached by staying on Boat Harbour Drive and travelling all the way to the harbour.
If you are running short of time call their office and they will give you directions via Booral Road which starts five kilometres before the entrance to Hervey Bay.
After turning onto Booral Road you just need to stay on it for the next 18 kilometres approximately 12 minutes. You will pass the turn off to River Heads on your right and then The Hervey Bay Airport on your left. After the 18 kilometres you will come to a round about, where Booral Road intersects Boat Harbour Drive.
