Children: Children are welcome at the resort. Children are free in accommodation when using existing bedding. A kids club is available on Friday and Saturday nights and during Queensland school holidays. There is also a playground on the property.
Disabled: Guests with disabilities are welcome at the resort. There are three rooms with disabled access. The restaurant and convention centre both have disabled toilets.

A conference room is available, all conference and meeting facilities available including corporate games and team building activities. The Resort provides a bistro facility for dining, they offer several dining options which include a la carte and buffet, food is best described as fresh modern selection of substantial and light dishes.
Travelling north - Kondari Resort is located in Hervey Bay, approximately 285 kilometress north of Brisbane and 205 kilometres north of the Sunshine Coast. Travel along the Bruce Highway approximately 250 kilometres north, from Brisbane to Maryborough, take the Maryborough/ Hervey Bay turnoff, follow the signs to Hervey Bay, travel out of Maryborough on the Maryborough/Hervey Bay Road for another 35 kilometres, the Maryborough/Hervey Bay Road will become Boat Harbour Drive on entry into the city. Follow Boat Harbour Drive for eight kilometres until you arrive at the Elizabeth Street round a-bout. (Woolworth Shopping Centre and Petrol Station on left). Turn left into Elizabeth Street and you will find Kondari Resort on your left hand side approximately 800 metres along.

Travel along the Bruce Highway south past Childers. 37 kilometres south of Childers take the Hervey Bay/ Fraser Island turnoff on you left hand side. Follow the signs to Hervey Bay, through the township of Torbanlea. Continue along this road for approximately 30 kilometres until you reach Maryborough/Hervey Bay Road T intersection, the Maryborough/Hervey Bay Road will become Boat Harbour Drive on entry into the city. Follow Boat Harbour Drive for eight kilometres until you arrive at the Elizabeth Street round a-bout. (Woolworth Shopping Centre and Petrol Station on left).
