Description
Flame Lily Adventures is pet-friendly and is located on a rural 108 acre property alongside the Burrum Heads Road on the Burrum River. It is an approved caravan and camping park and outdoor recreational facility.
Opened in November 2010, the park is designed to attract visitors of all age groups, abilities and budgets and offers a variety of accommodation, amenities and adventure activities. Guests may choose to spend the day from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. or book in for a longer stay.

Visitors can chose to relax or actively engage in fishing, gym, canoeing, kayaking, cycling, walking and running, and various commando area activities and Laser Skirmish.
Commando-styled ""Team Building Courses"" provide challenges and adventure for individuals or groups. A 10 metre Tower equipped for Parachute, Abseil and Flying-Fox Descents overlooks an Assault Course, Marquee Tent, Volley Ball Court and Skydive Landing Zone.
Laser Skirmish missions take place on the banks of the Burrum River.
All the activities offered are quiet in keeping with the tranquil and natural environment.

Yes. One dog only or two small dogs permitted on application. No vicious species or aggressive behavior. Dogs must be on a leash at all times and to remain on verandah.
General Comments
Flame Lily Adventures welcomes all outdoor enthusiasts. The property is centered on an 11 acre lake with three land-linked islands and the Burrum River, and offers:
Modern waterfront huts-fully furnished and equipped.
Powered caravan sites and unpowered camping spots.
An amenities block with nine toilets and showers, (one handicapped) plus camp television lounge and kitchen.
There is lake and river fishing available for residents and day-trippers and white sandy "beach in the bush".
Kids' sandpit and playground and picnic areas on the lake and riverbank.
Gazebos with table with chairs around the lake bring your own barbecue or hire.
Five kilometres running and cycle track- mountain bicycles are available on site for hire or bring your own.
Kayaks are available for hire and use on the lake. Sit on a white sandy "beach in the bush".
Canoe trips on the Burrum River with a guide (to be booked in advance).
A gym room for residents' use.
Team Building Courses plus Laser Skirmish (Climbing Wall and Ropes coming soon).
Assault Course, 10 metre Tower for Flying Fox, Para and Abseil Descents, Skydiving, Rock-Climbing.
Marquee Tent for functions and meetings with tables and chairs-seats up to 40.

How To Get There
Flame Lily Adventures is located 275 kilometres north of Brisbane Airport and 30 kilometres north-
west of Hervey Bay. The Bruce Highway at Torbanlea/Howard is approx10 kilometres from the entrance on Burrum Heads Road. A further 10 kilometres on is the lovely seaside resort village of Burrum Heads. Burrum Heads Road is a two-lane bitumen road which leads right up to the entry gate.
