Children: Children are welcome. There are also board games and satellite television for them to enjoy.
Disabled: Some facilities are available for guests with a disability. All units are on the ground level. One has extra wide doorways and has easy access to shower also, however there are no handrails.
Miscellaneous:
All suites are non smoking! Family suites are available consisting of two interconnecting rooms and sleep up to six people. Two suites have wheelchair access, but no handrails. There is a tour desk and home cooked meals can be delivered to suites.
The Cara Motel is minutes from all attractions, including the Brolga Theatre, Conference Centre, shops, golf course, sporting grounds and show grounds just two kilometres away. Courtesy transfers are available from Maryborough town centre station.
