Opposite the beach at the quiet end of the Esplanade, Alexander Luxury Apartments has unspoilt beachfront views of the Bay and Fraser Island. Hervey Bay's landmark, the Urangan Pier is a popular fishing spot and only one kilometre away and the sandy beach offers safe, calm swimming and activities such as canoeing, sailing, water skiing and jet skiing.

Children: Children are welcome. There is a swimming pool, bicycle hire and children's Austar channel.

Cots and high chairs are available for hire. Shallow end and steps into pool.
Low Season: If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD 30.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administrative fee of AUD 30.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
Mid and High Season: If the booking is cancelled 28 days prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administrative fee of AUD30.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administrative fee of AUD 30.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
Short Notice Bookings: Where booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administrative fee of AUD 30.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
Confirmed Bookings: A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. A deposit of AUD 100.00 will confirm a booking during low season. A deposit of AUD 200.00 will confirm a booking during mid and high seasons. The balance of the tariff is due on arrival. The administrative fee covers cost of processing the booking, receipting and banking the money, cancelling the booking from the system, stationary, postage, telephone calls and bank charges.
Transport is available from bus, rail and airport to property. This must be requested at time of booking.
Entry to property and reception is from the Esplanade. Park in Alexander Street beside building when arriving and checking in.
No foreign currency accepted.
