How To Get There:
If driving, the easiest way to get to Alexander Lakeside Bed and Breakfast is to stay on the main road coming into Hervey Bay (Boat Harbour Drive). Turn left into Ann Street, then turn into the second street on your right (Dayman Street), turn left at the fourth street along - this is Lido Parade. Look for number 29 on the left.
There are regular coach and train services up and down the coast into Hervey Bay, or fly direct from Sydney or Brisbane into Hervey Bay.
Approximate driving times are five minutes east of the centre of Hervey Bay; 30 minutes from the Bruce Highway (Highway One); 10 minutes (six kilometres) from Fraser Coast Airport (Hervey Bay); 30 minutes to Maryborough Rail Station; 10 minutes to Hervey Bay Coach stop; and approximately 3 hours 30 minutes north of Brisbane.
