During the cooler months such as July, August and September, on the Island cruises you can often see the Humpback Whale on their annual migration up and down the coast.
Halfway between Yeppoon and Emu Park, turn east off the scenic highway boat harbour. At the roundabout take the second exit towards the service station. At the service station look towards the left and you will see Pier One.
