Central Park Motel in one of only a handful of Rockhampton Motels that are not on the Bruce Highway or a major thoroughfare. Its parkland setting and off-highway location have deservedly earned it a reputation of being 'The Quiet One'. Although off the highway it is still close to and, in most cases, within walking distance of the railway station, airport, shopping centres, hospitals, clubs and other amenities.
The motel is rated at four star has deluxe units at reasonable prices. Units are spacious and include family, spa bath, honeymoon, executive, interconnecting, two bedroom and disabled units.
The fully licensed restaurant is open six nights per week (Monday to Saturday) and offers a wide selection of quality a la carte meals. Breakfast is served from 6.30 a.m. seven days a week.

From the south, follow the Bruce Highway into Rockhampton and turn left at Murray Street approximately 2.3 kilometres after passing the large roundabout after entering Rockhampton. From the north, follow the Bruce Highway to the south side of the city, turn right into Denham Street and left into Murray Street.
