Description
This year the Dallarnil Queen's Birthday Sports Carnival is being held once again. There are many competitions including children's horse events, open horse events, athletics for children and adults plus wood chopping events.
Horse events include Flag and Bending, Open Ladies Barrel Races, Jumping Events and Hack Events. The athletics events include relays and cross country for children and adults. The rodeo starts after lunch break and includes junior, juvenile and ladies barrel races. Rough riding includes junior and juvenile steer ride. There is also juvenile, novice and open bull riding. A number of the events are sponsored by members of families that used to be involved with the sports.
