Beach Touch Fitness Days

Bundaberg Police Citizens Youth Club along with the Bundaberg Touch Club will be holding some fun days at Neilson's Beach. Their aim is to teach the children, using an environment that is very familiar to most children, the beach, the importance of participation and team work as well as the basic skills of Beach Touch.

Sessions will be conducted by Dave Townson from Bundaberg Touch who is a Life Member with many years experience. He will be accompanied by Mrs Terri Gilbert the Police Citizens Youth Club Indigenous Community Sport and Recreational Officer. They will be conducting two full day sessions and all the children need to bring is a water bottle, wear appropriate clothing including a hat or cap, plus bring morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Sunscreen will be provided for the children and there is limited transport available.
