Premier Campbell Newman will celebrate the spirit of the Bundaberg community and its people at a community barbecue at Alexandra Park on Saturday 23 February. The community barbecue will run from 11am to 4pm and ties in with statewide Australia Day II celebrations. With a focus on family entertainment, the community day will include performances by a true icon of the Australian entertainment scene, Jade Hurley OAM who will perform alongside children's entertainer Bob the Builder and his team. A range of local and national musicians and performers will also entertain throughout the day.
