Description
Steven Osborne is guest pianist with the Australian Chamber Orchestra in an entirely Russian program featuring Prokofiev, Shostakovich and Tchaikovsky's Souvenir de Florence.
The program consists of Prokofiev (arranged by Barshai and Tognetti) - Visions fugitives, Piano Concerto No. 1 and Octet by Shostakovich and Souvenir de Florence by Tchaikovsky.
The Artistic Director and Lead Violin is Richard Tognetti. Steven Osborne will feature on the piano, while David Elton will be playing the trumpet.
