A genuine wildlife experience - discover a wide range of Australian, exotic and endangered animals at Alma Park Zoo.

Learn all sorts of interesting information at the keeper talks and presentations about Ring-tailed Lemur, Black-capped Capuchins, Koala's, Snakes, Crocodiles, Baboons and Spider Monkeys. Enjoy the antics of the Capuchins, Marmosets, Tamarins with six different species of primates. Don't forget to say hello to Raya the Sun Bear, Cassowary, the Himalayan Tahr and the Blackbuck Antelope, Dingoes, Tasmanian Devils, exotic birds and all your Aussie favourites. Hand feed the kangaroos, emus, wallabies, deer and many more. The Friendship Farm is always a favourite.

There are so many animals at Alma Park Zoo for you to discover. Enjoy free barbecue facilities and picnic lawns nestled throughout the rainforest gardens or a quick bite at the Palm Cafe.

At Alma Park Zoo you can cuddle a koala, caress a crocodile or snuggle a snake. You'll receive a complimentary photo to take home as a memento of your ""up close and personal"" experience. Or if you are more adventurous why not experience a VIP visit with their Red Panda's, Ring-tailed Lemurs or Marmoset Monkeys.

Children:
Children are welcome. Children can hand feed a variety of animals at the zoo with special pellets, enjoy hands on experiences at their Keeper Talks and presentations. Raised viewing areas are also provided.

Disabled:
There is wheelchair access to toilets on both sides of the zoo. Parking for guests with a disability is provided. Please contact the Zoo prior to your visit.

Access Information:
When entering Alma Park Zoo please note that payment/ticketing is done while you are still in your vehicle and parking is then within the Zoo grounds, allowing access to vehicle at any time throughout your visit.

Disabled Facilities:
Carers for the disabled provided free of charge admission 1:1, please contact the zoo prior to your visit for further details. Companion Cards accepted.
For sight impaired guests, carer concessions are available, please contact the Zoo for details.

Brisbane's Alma Park Zoo is a cool spot for an enjoyable family day out. The lush green gardens and shady lawns are a great environment to relax, and the animals at the zoo are always entertaining.

How To Get There:
The zoo is 30 minutes from the Brisbane Central Business District. Drive along the Bruce Highway and turn off at the Boundary Road exit number 138. Follow the signs for the zoo. You will reach it in only a few minutes.
