Scenic Rim

How To Get There:
The Scenic Rim is one of the most easily accessed regional areas in south-east Queensland, located only an hour's drive from Brisbane and from the Gold Coast. The region is also easily accessible to both the Brisbane and Gold Coast Airports, which are serviced by regular daily flights.
Air Two of Australia's largest airports, Brisbane Airport and the Gold Coast Airport are located in close proximity to the Scenic Rim. Once arriving at either of these airports it is an easy 80 minute drive away.
Road Head south on the Pacific Motorway, take the Logan Motorway exit at Upper Mount Gravatt exit. Continue on the Logan Motorway turning left on Beaudesert Road (Mount Lindesay Highway). This route drives through the towns of Jimboomba and Beaudesert. At the intersection in Beaudesert, turn left to head towards Tamborine Mountain and Canungra, drive straight to reach the Lost World Valley, and turn right, along the Mt Lindesay Highway to Rathdowney with exits to Christmas Creek and Kooralbyn.
Bus Road Runner Buslines offers a bus service between Brisbane and Beaudesert, Monday to Friday only.
