How To Get There:
Ipswich is only 45 minutes by road from Brisbane City, 1 hour from the Gold Coast and 1 hour from Brisbane Airport.
Air Ipswich is easily accessible from the Brisbane International & Domestic Airports. Ipswich is a 60 minute drive from the airports or visitors can take a bus or the Airtrain.
Airtrain is the quick and easy way to transfer from the domestic and international airports. Sit back in air-conditioned comfort and take the express pathway to Brisbane before changing at Roma Street or Central Stations for your journey through to Ipswich.
Airport Express operates a door-to-door airport bus shuttle service to/from Brisbane Domestic and International airports. Bookings are essential and must be made 2 full working days prior to the service being provided. Bookings and payment can be made by contacting the Ipswich Visitor Information Centre.
Train The Brisbane Citytrain network provides regular connections from Ipswich to Brisbane and connections to the Gold and Sunshine Coast rail lines. For more information about train timetables and fares go to the web site.
Road Ipswich is located at the nexus of five major arterial roads allowing for easy access. From the East: The Ipswich Motorway links Ipswich to Brisbane. From the South-East: The Logan Motorway links Ipswich to the Gold Coast and Pacific Highway from New South Wales, along with the Gateway Motorway from Brisbane Airport and Sunshine Coast.
Bus Daily bus connections are available from the Brisbane Transit Centre in Brisbane. For more information contact the Brisbane Transit Centre.
Private Transfers For the convenience of a private transfer, book a limousine or luxury coach depending on the number of people. For limousine transfers contact Event Limousines or Ultimate Limousines.
