Cancellation Information:
If cancellation within 24 hours or "no show" then the first nights tariff will be charged. If cancellation within 48 hours, then first nights tariff will be charged unless room(s) is resold.
For Peak Periods (long weekends, public holiday, special event weekends and shool holidays) and Group Bookings - four weeks notice (at their discretion) is required for a full refund less a 10 per cent administration fee per booking.
If less than two weeks notice is given a full refund less a 10 per cent administration fee will be refunded if room(s) is resold. Unsold rooms will result in the first nights tariff being charged.

How To Get There:
From Brisbane, travel onto Old Cleveland Road which turns into Finucane Road then onto Shore Street. Turn left into Gordon Street and first left again into Freeth Street East.
From the south take the Cleveland exit off the Gold Coast Highway and follow the signs to Cleveland. Turn right into Shore Street, right into Gordon Street and right again onto Freeth Street East.

The superior rooms contain a queen size bed and one king single. Facilities include microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster, hotplate, an iron and ironing board. There are screen doors in the shower area. There is a kitchenette so major cooking is not recommended.
