Children: Children are welcome; cots, baby baths and high chairs are available in rooms upon request and the swimming pool has a child's pool attached.

Disabled: There is access for guests with a disability. There is one room available for a partially disabled person. It has wheelchair access and wheelchair shower access with rails. The restaurant has full wheelchair access and facilities.

Miscellaneous:

Cots are available at a charge, weekly rates are available. Children aged zero to two years stay free of charge. Children aged three to 12 years stay at a charge.

Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to arrival or a cancellation fee equal to the first night's room tariff will be charged.

Restaurant is the multi award winning Michael's Oriental Restaurant, specialising in Malaysian, Thai and Chinese cuisine, however Australian meals are also available. Michael's is fine dining at its best. Two bedroom apartments open onto a private garden courtyard. Every suite comes with climate control, Foxtel television and high-speed wireless broadband internet throughout the property (even outdoors), supplied free of charge. Free, off-street parking.

The property is on the corner of Padstow and Warrigal Roads with an entrance on both roads. Both the M1 and M3 freeways are only five minutes away.

Weekly rates vary and are available on a daily service and weekly service basis. For weekly service rates, the room is cleaned once every seven days. At this service all linen is changed and supplies are replenished to original levels. Weekly rates are not available during peak periods.
