General Comments
Base Brisbane Embassy is part of the BASE group of backpacker hostels around Australia and New Zealand. This includes Base Brisbane Central, located just five minutes walk down the road opposite Central Station. Guests at Base Brisbane Embassy can use the facilities at Base Brisbane Central, including access to their travel desk, job club and infamous Downunder Bar!
How To Get There
From Central Station, take the Edward Street exit then follow Edward Street down the hill until you reach Elizabeth Street. Turn right and they're two doors down on the right.
From Roma Street Transit Centre, cross over Roma Street from level two and head down George Street past the Treasury Casino. Then turn left onto Elizabeth Street. They're on the left-hand side past Albert Street and just after the Hilton.
If you're arriving by plane, take the Airtrain and hop off at Central Station, or Coachtrans will drop you at the front door.
