This bed and breakfast features four beautiful guest rooms with all the creature comforts in a home of high ceilings, French doors and character and charm of yesteryear. The property is frequented by native birds and oozes peace and tranquillity. There is a kitchenette and laundry, and the rear guest rooms have ramp access and disabled-friendly en-suites.

Base yourself there to explore the Scenic Rim including the four-wheel drive ""Duck Creek Road"" to O'Reilly's, Running Creek Road and then the Border Loop

Children are welcome. A variety of games and books are available in the lounge. A cot is available for hire. Three guest suites have a single bed in addition to a queen bed available for AUD22.00 per night for children.

Disabled:
There are facilities available for people with a disability. There is ramp access to the Cedar and Wattle rooms and those rooms also have disabled-friendly ensuites.

Cancellation Information:
One months' notice is required for a full refund of the deposit. Fourteen days notice is required for a 50 per cent refund of a deposit.

How To Get There:
Drive one hour south of Brisbane along the Mount Lindsay Highway and follow signs to the Beaudesert Hospital. The Bed and Breakfast is across the street from the hospital entrance. From the Gold Coast, drive west on Route 90 for 50 minutes. Follow signs to the hospital, and the Bed and Breakfast is opposite.

Tariff Information:
There is a two night minimum stay on weekends and public holidays. Please contact the operator for long weekend rates.

Together, both Carbine and Lavender Rooms, the kitchenette and bathroom form the Family Unit. The Family Unit has a separate entrance and can be made private from the remainder of the house. It is ideal for an extended stay with a number of family members, sleeping up to six persons.

The Carbine Room includes one queen sized bed, one king single bed, air conditioning, a shared bathroom, refrigerator, television, radio alarm clock and tea and coffee making facilities. French doors open to a balcony complete with outdoor furniture.
