Children:
Children are welcome. Facilities include a kiddies wading pool, a water slide feature is available in main lagoon swimming pool and an adventure playground. Kids Club activities are available through school holiday periods. Adult supervision is required on all of the facilities.

Disabled:
All areas of the resort are accessible for guests with disabilities. The swimming pool has limited access for guests with a disability.

Cancellation Information:
No cancellation fee if booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled seven days or less prior to arrival or in the case of a no show. No refunds available on early departures. For short notice bookings made less than 10 days prior to travel, full payment is required at time of booking and no refund available on cancellation.

How To Get There:
Guests travelling on the Bruce Highway will take the Caloundra exit and proceed to the Caloundra central business district (Bulcock Street) when arriving at the traffic lights situated at the Sunland Shopping Centre, take a right turn into Park Place and proceed to drive along the Esplanade and Landsborough Parade to Jellico Street. (Illuminated sign erected on corner.) Take a left hand turn and the resort is located on the next corner.

Pet Information:
Pets are not permitted on resort property. Assistance is offered in housing pets at appropriate nearby facilities. Exemption is granted to registered seeing and hearing guide dogs.

Tariff Information:
During specific school holidays, a minimum of three night stay applies. Apartments are non-serviced apartments, but a mid service is available on stays of longer than seven days.
Concession rates must be accompanied by appropriate documentation.
