Witches Falls Cottages is an idyllic retreat with private, self contained cottages tucked away along rainforest pathways directly opposite Witches Falls National Park and in walking distance to North Tamborine village.
Your hosts are Daniela and David who are happy to assist you to make your stay a memorable experience.
... moreSwiss born Daniela tends to the cottages' herb garden and her beloved chickens if she is not indulging in her love of photography. David a former urbanite and pioneer in constructing foundations for oil platforms in the North Sea enjoys creating silver jewellery and gift items but his specialty is the country style bread baked after a secret family recipe which completes the sumptuous breakfast hampers.
Their next-door neighbour Witches Falls National Park, the oldest National Park in Queensland, invites you to explore the Rainforest and local fauna & flora. Walk to local wineries, antique shops or the picturesque village. Stroll through Gallery Walk with its Gift and Craft Stores, relax in one of the coffee shops or enjoy the abundance and varieties of cuisines on offer in one of the many restaurants.

Witches Falls Cottages are located just 60 minutes south of Brisbane; 40 minutes from the Gold Coast on the corner of Hartley and Main Western Roads, North Tamborine Queensland.
When driving south from Brisbane: Exit the motorway at the Oxenford off-take ramp - Exit 57 - and drive along the Oxenford-Tamborine road until you get to the top of the plateau.
When driving north from Coolangatta: Exit the motorway at the Nerang off-take ramp - Exit 71 - and drive along the Nerang-Beaudesert Road till you see Henri Robert Drive and the sign to Tamborine Mountain. Follow this until you reach the top of the plateau and continue on this road till you see Hartley Road on your right.
Their entrance is on Hartley Road, just off Main Western Road and adjacent to the Witches Falls Section of Tamborine Mountain National Park.

Their speciality is their breakfast hampers served to your cottage each morning, delightful breakfast options with free range home grown eggs, bacon, German sausages, tomatoes and mushrooms for you to cook when it suits you or locally smoked hams and cheeses, cereals, fruits and yoghurts etc. Oh yes, all their breakfast hampers come with fresh home baked breads each morning - yum! They do cater for guests with special dietary requirements like vegan, gluten free etc.
