Vineyard Cottages is a delightful retreat with individual cottages set in three acres of gardens with views over the Ballandean valley and distant ranges. Care and attention to details are a foremost priority.
The on-site licensed restaurant, the Vineyard Cafe, features a dining room set in the charming ambience of an old country church and a comfortable guest's lounge with bar and open fire. The cuisine is based on the abundance of fresh local produce and features organic free range lamb, beef, and Berkshire pork as well as the local wines, fruits and berries for which the region is noted.
Ballandean is the hub of Queensland's premier Granite Belt wine region and an ideal place from which to explore the several nearby national parks which feature monolithic granite outcrops, spectacular gorges, and an abundance of Australian native flora and fauna.

Children: Children are welcome. A sofa bed and porta cot are available. High chair in restaurant. King Terraces offer kitchenette with microwave. Children's meals available. Special rates apply for children and those under the age of five stay free.
Disabled: Disabled facilities are available. One King Terrace with disabled facilities and adjacent parking. Access via French doors may require assistance. Ramp access and disabled toilets in restaurant. Special dietary requirements are happily catered for in the restaurant. Please let us know if you have special needs.

Restaurants: a la carte, modern Australian, fine dining. Wines from local and other Australian wine regions featured. Set in an old church. Private dining room available.
Located on the New England Highway in the village of Ballandean, 15 kilometres south of Stanthorpe and 15 kilometres north of Wallangarra which is on the Queensland / New South Wales border. For safety, southbound travellers are advised to continue past the highway entrance for 350 metres and turn right into Bents Road for one block then right into Gianini Lane to Vineyard Cottages entrance.
Down doonas are provided in all rooms. The Two Bedroom Cottage and the Queen Cottage both have living rooms separate from the bedroom.
Two per cent surcharge on the use of American Express cards. Two and a half per cent surcharge on the use of Diners Club cards.
Minimum stay of two nights on weekends in the high season (Easter to the end of October). Minimum stay of three nights on long weekends.
