Villa San Michele boasts a fantastic location on vibrant Macrossan Street in the heart of Port Douglas. The central location places all that Port Douglas has to offer on your doorstep, and all within a five minute walk. The unique Mediterranean style apartments are situated around a courtyard of tropical gardens with two saltwater swimming pools, spa and a poolside barbecue. The private location set back from Macrossan Street provides guests with a secretive and peaceful retreat. With complimentary undercover parking, Villa San Michele also caters for those wishing to self-drive. A complimentary guest laundry is provided for guest's convenience.

The one and two bedroom self-contained apartments open onto a private balcony. The fully air-conditioned apartments are generous in size and offer a choice of queen or twin bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and adjoining lounge room. The two bedroom apartments boast two bathrooms and two private balconies.

Children:
Children are welcome. Cots and high chairs are available for hire. Babysitting can be arranged. There are shallow wading areas in the pool however children must have adult supervision at all times. Children under three years old may stay free of charge if sharing with two adults and existing bedding is used.

Disabled:
A one bedroom apartment has disabled access and bathroom facilities. Pool and reception areas are not accessible by wheelchair.

Children:
First child stays free of charge if using existing bedding and sharing with two adults.

Cancellation Information:
For bookings cancelled seven days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund. For bookings cancelled less than seven days prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a charge of one night's accommodation. If the booking is cancelled on the day of arrival or a no show, there is no refund. There is no refund for early departures.

Hotel Pick-up:
Stays of seven nights or more include complimentary return airport transfers (must be pre-arranged).

How To Get There:
Follow Port Douglas Road from the Captain Cook Highway into town, turn left into Macrossan Street (T intersection). Villa San Michele is located approximately 200 metres down Macrossan Street, on the left hand side. The driveway and reception is located between two gift shops, Portobella and Portfolio.

Tariff Information:
No concessions are available. Extra person per night AUD25.00 on a rollaway bed.

Two Bedroom Apartment

Their two bedroom apartments (approximately 85 square metres) sleep up to five people. They feature two bathrooms and two balconies, one being a large balcony with outdoor dining overlooking the gardens and the other is a smaller balcony off the second bedroom and overlooks the pool and courtyard area. The main bedroom has a queen size bedroom with access to the large balcony and the ensuite bathroom features a shower. The second bedroom has a choice of either a king or two single beds and the bathroom has a shower and bath. Perfect for a family or for two couples travelling together that still wish to have their own privacy. Apartments are fully air-conditioned and also feature two flat screen televisions and two DVD players.

One Bedroom Apartment

Their one bedroom apartments are modern and spacious (approximately 50 square metres) and sleep up to three people. The kitchen facilities include a microwave, cook-top, glassware, crockery and all the essentials for self catering, including some extra home comforts such as coffee plungers and serviettes. The bedroom has either queen or twin single bedding and the ensuite bathroom has shower and bath facilities. Terracotta flooring and local artwork add to their unique Mediterranean ambience. All apartments are fully air-conditioned and have a private balcony with either pool, street or garden views. Other facilities include flat screen LCD television, DVD player, complimentary Austar channels, fans, in room safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
