Cancellation Information:
Once your booking has been confirmed and receipted by Valencia your deposit is non-refundable.
If the booking is cancelled in writing more than two months from the date of commencement of your holiday you will be released from the liability for the full balance of hire. If they receive written notice of cancellation less than two months prior to the date of commencement of your holiday and they are successful in finding guests to fill your place at the holiday home, they will refund all but the agreed deposit.
Valencia highly recommends that cancellation insurance is taken out to safeguard your investment in your holiday.

How To Get There:
From Brisbane or Coolangatta airports follow the Pacific Motorway until you see Exit 57 (Oxenford). Take this exit and follow the signs to Labrador. Turn left into Matthew Flinders Drive at the end turn left into Oxley Drive, turn right over the Sovereign Islands Bridge. Stop at the gatehouse to collect the keys, continue along staying left Royal Albert Court is second road on your right.
