There is access for guests with a disability. Disabled access is available in all public areas, wheelchair access to apartments. Please note that The Lake Cairns Resort and Spa does not provide apartments with wheelchair access in bathrooms.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation per apartment booked will be charged if a booking is cancelled between 72 to 24 hours.
Should a booking be cancelled within 24 hours, they reserve the right to charge full payment of all accommodation booked.
General Comments
The Lakes Cairns Resort and Spa is a member of Vision Hotels and Resorts which offer a distinctive range of hotels and apartments in Tropical North Queensland. The resort has won in excess of 30 building, design and tourism and hospitality operation awards since it opened in 2004.
How To Get There
The resort is located three kilometres from the Cairns International and Domestic Airport and three kilometres from the coach and train station. Airport, train and coach transfers can be arranged with 72 hours prior notice by the Resort. Taxis are available at all locations 24 hours per day. A city shuttle service is also available from the resort at a small fee.
