Dorchester On The Beach is absolutely on Surfers Paradise beach with no roads to cross.

The units are all large Deluxe and Luxury, three bedrooms units with two bathrooms, set over 16 floors with two units per floor. All units are looking at the beach with nothing in the way and every unit has a balcony the hangs over the beach guaranteed. The Dorchester On The Beach is situated one kilometre south of Cavill Avenue, and 1.6 kilometres north of Broadbeach. The Dorchester is a quiet family hi-rise and does not cater for groups of singles. There is basement security parking for one car.

How To Get There:
Travel along Gold Coast Highway and turn at Fern Street towards the beach. The Dorchester On The Beach is nestled on the corner of Fern and Garfield Streets.

Pet Information:
Pets are not allowed.

Tariff Information:
There is a minimum three night stay over the Indy period and a seven night stay over Easter, Christmas and School Holiday periods. Minimum three night stay applies all other times.
Please contact the operator for rates over the Indy period in October.
