Tannum Sands Beach House, centrally located in a lovely quiet street in Old Tannum, is just 300 metres from the beach, from the wonderful Millennium Esplanade and an easy stroll to the Tannum Central Shopping Centre with a large Coles Supermarket, post office, Medical Centre and shops.
This is one of the original beach shacks that has been beautifully renovated into comfortable, spacious and modern accommodation, open-plan living and fully air-conditioned. The large verandah looking out over the ocean has a northeast aspect with plenty of shade and sea breezes. The screened windows open wide to take full advantage of the cool air and panoramic scenery. Quality furniture and modern appliances make the living comfortable and relaxed; the perfect getaway for a holiday or longer term executive stay.
A telephone for local calls as well as wireless internet is available. Every room in the house is individually air-conditioned with a whisper quiet split system.
The shady verandah at the front of the house enjoys lovely breezes and ocean views, and can be closed off to make a safe play area for the smaller children. It also has a large four-burner gas barbecue, just perfect for cooking your freshly caught fish.
