Cancellation Information:
Low Season: AUD50 fee if booking cancelled 30 days or more prior to travel. Two night cancellation fee if cancelled seven days or less prior to travel. 100 per cent cancellation fee in the case of a no show.
Shoulder and Peak Season: AUD100 cancellation fee if booking cancelled 30 days or more prior to travel. No refund if cancelled seven days or less prior to travel or in case of a no show.
Mid Stay Checkouts: If guest checks out mid stay it's at the properties discretion what cancellation fee will apply.

After Hours Check In: When you arrive outside of reception hours at Surf Regency, there is a white telephone box on the right-hand side wall near main entrance. You must call the number shown on the telephone. Then give the operator the Surname and the operator will buzz them through the front door.
You then must pick up the phone on the front desk and dial the number on the telephone. The operator then opens the safe for you, your unit keys will be in an envelope inside the safe. You are asked to come down to reception the next day to finalise check in.

How To Get There:
The closest airport for Surf Regency is Gold Coast, Queensland (OOL-Coolangatta), 19.6 kilometres or 12.2 miles.
Shuttle buses meet all incoming flights into Coolangatta, and cost around AUD22.00 per person. Taxi will cost around AUD60.00 depending on time of day and traffic conditions.
