For cancellations received less than two days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one night's accommodation is payable. For cancellations received two days or more prior to arrival an AUD50.00 administration fee applies.

The property can be accessed by taxi, train, coach or car. Self drive access to Birley Street is from either Wickham Terrace or Leichhardt Street on the northern rim of the city centre.
