FURTHER INFORMATION
Disabled: There is access for guests with a disability. Disabled are catered for with wheelchair access to most areas of resort, and one wheelchair accessible room with hand rails in the toilet and bath.
Miscellaneous:
For cancellations within five days, one night's accommodation at the agreed contract rate is charged. For guests who no show or terminate their holiday early, one night's accommodation at the contract rate is charged. In the case of dissatisfied guests the decision as to whether or not this cancellation fee is charged will be made by the front office manager or resident manager.
Koala Adventure Island has three meeting rooms with a capacity of 220.
Children are not permitted at Koala Adventure Island. All guests must be over 18 years of age.
Guests can access the resort by ferry from either Hamilton Island Airport or the mainland (Airlie Beach).
