Shutters on the Beach incorporates two fabulous beach houses right on the beach in Agnes Water. Shutters is situated on four acres of absolute beach front right on the main beach which is patrolled; it is a one minute beach walk to all shops and facilities.

The beach house is amazing with all you need for a beach break in luxurious style. The house accommodates a maximum of 8 guests (two children in a bunk room). Visit with your family, or friends, take both houses or one! Couples are welcome to visit in non holiday times at our 'couples' rate.

Look over the coral sea on our private sundeck on top of the dunes or swim in the 18 metre lap pool, or explore what the beautiful town has to offer. Great location, wonderful sea breezes, terrific beachouses - stay in style RIGHT on the beach.

All linen and beach towels provided, surfboards, boogie boards, bikes, and vespas available to hire.

Shutters on the Beach is a private and very special beach house right on the beach in Agnes Water, no estates, no roads, just sand dunes, and sea! The property has a secure gated entrance with only two villas occupying a common beachfront area of four acres.
Stroll along the timber walkway directly to the 18 metre pool, or keep going to the private sundeck on top of the dunes. Relax in total privacy with views of the Pacific Ocean, sea breezes, and shaded by the beautiful sheoaks.
You are greeted on arrival and taken to your beach house, where there is complimentary champagne to set the tone.
On site management is available for your convenience.

How To Get There:
Driving times To Agnes Water: Brisbane is five and a half hours; Sunshine Coast is five hours; Hervey Bay is three hours; Rockhampton is three hours; Bundaberg and Gladstone are one hour and 15 minutes.
By air: Fly to Bundaberg or Gladstone (one hour and 15 minutes drive to the resort), Rockhampton (three hours) or Hervey Bay (three hours). Transfers to the beach houses (pre bookings required) and rental car hire are available at these locations. Agnes Water also has its own airstrip for private aircraft/chartered flights - please contact the operator for landing prices and transfers.

Shutters On The Beach

Sleeps up to six guests (plus two children in a bunk if required). The bedrooms are all situated on the middle level and include their own decks. There are four bedrooms; one king (or split into two singles), two queens, and two singles.

The top level is bright and breezy, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge all opening onto different decked areas, depending on the weather.

The barbecue area has two different outdoor settings - water views or canopy views overlooking the trees.

Indoor entertaining includes an LCD television, Bose stereo system, internet access, board games, and DVDs.
