Description

Shoal Cottage is an absolute beach front property. Walk from the front of the house straight to the beach. It is situated beside huge melaleuca trees which are home to many species of birds.

There is a boat ramp close by suitable to launch small boats. It is just a short boat trip to a creek for fishing and crabbing.

The beach is ideal for walking, with low tide revealing a small reef in easy walking distance.

A four kilometre drive away is a small shopping centre with a Foodland store, butcher, chemist, bottleshop, newsagent and gym.

How To Get There:
From tourist information on Nebo Road/Bruce Highway/A1, continue to follow Bruce Highway. Turn left to stay on Bruce Highway (signs for Proserpine/Townsville). Take a slight right off Bruce Highway to follow Mackay/Bucasia Road for approximately 10 kilometres. Continue onto Shoal Point Road which becomes Denman Avenue (approximately four kilometres), and take the second driveway on the left after Hodges Road.

Shoal Cottage features three bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and single bed, the second bedroom has one Queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. Air-conditioned.
