Enjoy winter by the fire or summer by the river. Be as active as you like, a glass of wine on the deck or scale the pyramid at Girraween National Park.

Disabled:
Cabin is specially designed to meet requirements for guests with a disability. Fully accessible, carport especially designed for overhead wheelchairs to be used. One of the bathrooms has a shower chair.

Pets Allowed:
Yes. Please contact owners as exceptions can be made. Dogs must be well trained and on a leash at all times.

Access Information:
Exit the New England Highway right at Ballandean State School onto Bents Road. Three kilometres along Bents Road past Bungawarra Winery, and over the Severn River, turn right onto Emu Swamp Road. Turn right after 700 metres into Mungall Lane. Severn-dipity is first on the right. The cabin is one kilometre down the farm past the sheds into the bushland.

Cancellation Information:
The deposit will be forfeited if the cabin is not filled by other guests, so if a cancellation is needed, the earlier the better.

Further Details:
On weekends during Peak seasons, a minimum of two nights stay is required. Over the Easter period, a minimum of three nights stay is required.

Tariff Information:
Peak season two night minimum stay on weekends.
Third night AUD100.00 extra except Easter and May long weekend when it is AUD700.00 for the three nights (minimum of three night stay).

Cabin

Cabin features queen bedroom and ensuite, king bedroom with separate bathroom. The king bed can be split into two king singles. Covered carport includes a gas barbeque and there are two covered decks for lazy afternoons.
