Designed by renowned architect Walter Barda with landscaping crafted by celebrity landscape designer Jamie Durie, each four bedroom villa offers a spacious open plan living/dining room, state-of-the art gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a separate laundry, fully ducted air conditioning and a private golf buggy for guest use.

Fully supervised kids club, the Clownfish Club, catering for children from six weeks to 14 years of age. The professional childcare staff are well versed in providing daily activities that are safe, fun and imaginative. Kids Stay and Eat Free at select restaurants for children aged up to 12 years.

General Comments

All Yacht Club Villas have access to the landscaped lagoon swimming pool. Properties are fully self-contained, with linen and bedding provided. Complimentary use of a four-seater golf buggy is included, and guests are met at Hamilton Island Airport by their island concierge staff. Guests have access to the Kids Stay and Eat Free program.

How To Get There

Hamilton Island is located just off Australia's Queensland coast, almost half way between Brisbane and Cairns. Short direct flights from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Cairns will get you to the jet airport on Hamilton Island, with good connections from other Australian cities.

With a design emphasis on abundant sunlight, privacy and space, the villa includes; a spacious open plan living/dining room; state-of-the art gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances; four bedrooms and four bathrooms, comprising: master suite and walk-in robe and bathroom, two additional double bedrooms with ensuite, and a fourth bedroom/flexible space or media room. In addition, the Villa has a separate laundry, fully ducted air conditioning and a private golf buggy for guest use. This particular villa is ideal for families as the living area flows directly onto the waterfront reserve and allows easy access to the lagoon pool.
