Children: Children are welcome, the property includes a children's wading pool.
Disabled: Access for guests with a disability is available and a lift accesses all levels.
Miscellaneous:
Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund less an administration fee of AUD 50.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival there will be no refund of the deposit. If full payment is made prior to arrival then cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD50.00.
If full payment is made prior to arrival for special dates such as Christmas and Easter then cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, refund of monies paid will be at management discretion, subject to the apartment being relet.
For a no show on the day of arrival all monies will be forfeited unless the apartment can be relet, in which case the refund will be proportioned to the length of stay of the new booking.
Once guests have checked in to the apartment there will be no refunds for checking out early.
A booking that has not had a deposit paid against it is deemed not to be confirmed and as such booking is not guaranteed.
The administration fee covers the cost of processing the original booking, receipting and banking the money, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing a refund cheque and meeting bank charges. Balance of payment is required on arrival at the resort along with a credit card imprint.
Flight: Whitsunday Coast (Proserpine) Airport serviced by Virgin Blue and Jetstar is located 30 minutes from the resort, please contact the retreat to arrange transfers.
Hamilton Island Airport serviced by Virgin Blue, Jetstar and QantasLink is located 45 minutes from the resort, please contact the retreat to arrange ferry transfers.
Train: Proserpine Train Station serviced by Queensland Rail Tilt Train and Sunlander is located 25 minutes from the resort, please contact the retreat to arrange transfers.
Self Drive: Waters Edge Resort is located 25 minutes from the Bruce Highway. If travelling from the south, proceed through Proserpine and turn right onto Shute Harbour Road, if travelling from the North turn left onto Shute Harbour Road, follow Shute Harbour Road unti you arrive at Airlie Beach, travel through the main street, turn first right then first left, Waters Edge Resort on the right.
Low and Shoulder seasons - stay for seven nights or more and receive one free night.
