Cancellation Information:
A cancellation/administration fee of AUD50.00 will apply to every cancelled booking 14 days or more prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, the full amount is payable and there will be no refund unless the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of AUD50.00 will be deducted from any deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
If guests are dissatisfied with any respect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount to be refunded, if any, is at the discretion of the property management.

Property located on west side of Grafton Street between Aplin and Florence Streets. Access is easiest from the southern (Aplin Street) end.
