All villas have a family bathroom plus ensuite off the master bedroom. All villas feature modern full size kitchens, very spacious open plan living area, private balconies or patios, DVD and HD Television with Austar. They also feature own laundry with washer and dryer, private garages with electronic remote entry. Villa Mar Colina is surrounded by gardens and features an illusion pool and barbecue area.

Cancellation Policy
Peak Season - All cancellations will incur a AUD30.00 administration fee. If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less administration fee. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, a full refund less the administration fee will be issued on the condition that the premises are re-let for the total period originally booked. No refund will be issued if the premises are not re-let.
Off Peak Season - All cancellations will incur a AUD30.00 administration fee. If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less administration fee. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned date of arrival, a full refund less the administration fee will be issued on the condition that the premises are re-let for the total period originally booked. No refund will be issued if the premises are not re-let.
How To Get There
Villa Mar Colina is situated at 34 - 36 Adelaide Street, Yeppoon Queensland. If arriving in Yeppoon by car, travel along Anzac Parade. Turn left into Normanby Street, do a u-turn at the first roundabout which will bring you back onto the opposite side of Normanby Street and continue back towards Anzac Parade. Just before reaching Anzac Parade, veer left into Adelaide Street. Villa Mar Colina is situated at the top of the hill, overlooking the ocean.
Youngs public bus service regularly travels from the airport and train station to Yeppoon. Villa Mar Colina staff are available to pick up from Yeppoon Central Business District.
