Cancellation Information:
Shoulder and Low Seasons - If the booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD50.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund.
Peak Season: If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of AUD50.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund.

Further Details:
Although the resort does not have any dedicated disabled facilities, the apartments are spacious and a shower seat can be hired. Assisted disabled care is possible, please discuss with reception prior to confirming your reservation.

Reception open 0800 to 1700 on weekdays, 0830 to 1400 on Saturdays and 0900 to 1400 on Sundays.

Car - Travelling south on the Gold Coast Highway turn left into Margaret Avenue and first left into Surf Parade then right into George Avenue.
Travelling north on the Gold Coast Hwy turn right into Margaret Avenue and first left into Surf Parade then right into George Avenue. Taxi directions to 14 George Avenue, Broadbeach.
