Turtle Beach Resort is set in a sub-tropical oasis and just 300 metres to the beach. Truly a home away from home, the resort offers spacious one, two and three bedroom fully self contained apartments with complimentary Austar. All apartments have balconies and terraces that overlook lush tropical greenery and manicured gardens. Turtle Beach Resort has extensive recreational facilities including lagoon and lap swimming pools, spas, Putt'n Around Sands - 18 hole themed putt putt course, two children's playgrounds, floodlit tennis courts, gymnasium, games room, walking trails and nine barbecue areas.

For those who prefer a slower pace, soak up the relaxed atmosphere poolside or send the kids to the cinema theatrette. Enjoy a pizza at their Woodfire Pizzeria and Bar or dine in Rainforest Cafe.

Turtle Beach Resort has designed a holiday program especially for the kids, packed with lots of fun activities to compliment their facilities. Cancellation Information:
Should you need to cancel your booking between now and the seasonal cancellation deadlines listed below; your deposit will be refunded by cheque less a $25.00 administration fee and an additional 3.3 per cent of the cost of the accommodation (if paid by credit card).
High Season (21/09/12 - 06/10/12, 26/12/12 - 12/01/13). For amendments and cancellations received within 30 days of travel a 100 per cent cancellation fee will apply. Mid Season (15/01/12 - 28/01/12, 01/04/12 - 14/04/12, 29/06/12 - 14/07/12, 13/01/13 - 26/01/13, 28/03/13 - 07/04/13). For amendments and cancellations received within 14 days of travel a 100 per cent cancellation fee will apply. Low Season (all other dates). For amendments and cancellations received within seven days of travel a 100 per cent cancellation fee will apply.

You can also enjoy a pizza at the Woodfire Pizzeria and Bar or dine in at the Rainforest Cafe. The on-site convenience store "Fresh" features a wide range of grocery items and an internet cafe. Broadband internet access and in-room movies are now available and payable direct.

How To Get There:
Located at 2346 Gold Coast Highway, Mermaid Beach, Queensland 4218, they are less than one hour (by car) to Brisbane Airport and 20 minutes from Coolangatta Airport.

Opening Hours:
Reception opening hours are Sunday - Thursday 0730 to 1900, and Friday and Saturday 0730 to 2100. For after hours check in, use phone that is located at main reception doors. Follow instructions at phone to call night operator.

Tariff Information:
At the time of booking your accommodation a 25 per cent deposit will be processed to your credit card.
Final Payment Due: High Season (21/09/12 - 06/10/12, 26/12/12 - 12/01/13). Full pre payment is required at least 31 days prior to arrival. Mid Season (15/01/12 - 28/01/12, 01/04/12 - 14/04/12, 29/06/12 - 14/07/12, 13/01/13 - 26/01/13, 28/03/13 - 07/04/13). Full pre payment is required at least 15 days prior to arrival.
