Cancellation of one-night stays without seven days' notice in advance of your arrival date will incur loss of deposit.
Cancellation of longer stays without seven days' notice in advance of your arrival date will incur a charge of 50 per cent of the total accommodation fee. A waiver of this fee may be made at the discretion of management if all or part of the accommodation period can be rebooked.

Mount Glorious is situated in the D'Aguilar Range 620 metres above sea level. Temperatures are on average six to eight degrees cooler than Brisbane all year round. Nights can be cool even in summer, and winter is quite cold.

Early check-in and late check-out may be possible. Please enquire when you book. Massages with local practitioners are available - please ask for details.

How To Get There:
Turkey's Nest is located at 1780 Mount Glorious Road, Mount Glorious just 40 minutes from Brisbane.
From Brisbane, follow either Mount Nebo Road through The Gap, or Mount Glorious Road through Samford, to the intersection of Mount Nebo and Mount Glorious Roads. Continue another two kilometres along Mount Glorious Road to Mount Glorious Village. Turkey's Nest is 300 metres on your right.

A former forestry cottage, White Gum Cottage has a delightful rustic charm, combined with all the modern conveniences you would expect to make your stay comfortable. The cottage is fully self-contained, with two bedrooms (queen and double), well equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area and verandah.

From the main bedroom your view is through towering gums to the rainforest below. In summer the veranda is an ideal place to watch the wide variety of birds that inhabit the surrounding bush.

On chilly winter nights there is a cosy wood combustion heater, a stereo and range of CDs, a selection of books and games, and electric blankets. White Gum Cottage is perfect for a romantic escape, a personal retreat, or a family weekend of bushwalking.

The bed and breakfast suite is both private and spacious, with entrance from, and access to, the house verandah.

There is a queen size bed, lounge, dining table and chairs, and views to the rainforest. The private bathroom has a claw-foot bath looking out to the surrounding bush, and the kitchenette includes a bar fridge, microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities, including an espresso coffee machine.
