During the Low Season there is no cancellation fee if booking cancelled 15 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if booking cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival or a no show.
During the Shoulder and Peak Season there is no cancellation fee if booking cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if cancelled 29 days or less prior to arrival or in case of a no show.

From Brisbane, take exit 75 from Motorway (Nerang-Broadbeach Road) continue eastwards, turn left onto Gold Coast Highway. Turn right at next set of lights, turn left at roundabout onto Surf Parade. Waves is on you right side. From New South Wales border, follow Gold Coast Highway to Broadbeach turn right at next set of lights, turn left at roundabout onto Surf Parade.
