Set over three levels, the Queenslander has a variety of comfortable, spacious fully self-contained apartments, ranging from studio through to one and two bedroom units to the larger two bedroom two bathroom apartments. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing by email fax or letter.
If a booking is cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival a fixed amount of AUD50 will be charged.
If a booking is cancelled or modified between 28 and 14 days before date of arrival 100 per cent of the first night will be charged.
If a booking is cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival or in the case of a no show 100 per cent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
They strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
How To Get There
By car from Cairns city or Cairns airport travel north on the Captain Cook Highway approximately 70 kilometres to Port Douglas. Or they can arrange a shuttle to meet you and deliver you to their door at the Port Douglas Queenslander. Cost AUD36.00 per person one way. From the airport all they need are your flight details and arrival time at the airport.
Open Times
Reception is open 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Monday to Friday; 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. Saturday; and 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. Sunday.
