The Penthouses Apartments are located right on the beach in Surfers Paradise, making it the ideal destination for your dream Gold Coast holiday. The Penthouses Apartments offer spacious two and three bedroom, fully self-contained apartments. Each Apartment has two bathrooms and two balconies - with at least one balcony overlooking the sand and sea. The Penthouses are close to all major Gold Coast attractions including theme parks, Casino and the premier dining and shopping districts. Cavill Mall, the centre of Surfers Paradise is an easy 12 minute stroll along the beach and Broadbeach is just a 15 minute stroll to the south. Patrolled Surf beaches are within 50 metres of the beach gate. The Penthouses are ideally located - central, yet quiet.

All children staying in the apartments are considered a guest and counted in guest numbers.
Cancellation Policy
Low and shoulder seasons: A cancellation fee of AUD50.00 will apply if booking is cancelled eight days or more prior to arrival date. A cancellation fee of two nights accommodation will apply if booking is cancelled seven days or less prior to arrival date or in the case of a no show.
High season: A cancellation fee of AUD50.00 will apply if booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to arrival date. No refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date or in the case of no show.
If after arrival, clients are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount refunded, if any, is at the discretion of the property manager.

How To Get There
Access to the property is via car, bus, train or plane via airport connections.
From south travel north along the highway and turn right at Wharf Street and then left into Old Burleigh Road. From Brisbane travel south through Surfers Paradise and turn left at Fern Street and right into Old Burleigh Road.
3 Bedroom Apartment
Three bedroom, absolute beachfront, spacious and fully self-contained. A fully equipped kitchen and full laundry facilities in each apartment make a family holiday easy and uncomplicated. Each apartment has at least one balcony overlooking the sand and sea. Standard bedding configuration is one queen and four singles. Other configurations are available on request. Tariff is for up to six guests with a seventh guest accommodated on a rollaway at a charge of AUD30.00 per night.

Two bedroom, absolute beachfront, spacious and fully self-contained - spacious. A fully equipped kitchen and full laundry facilities. Two bathrooms - master with ensuite. Every apartment has at least one balcony overlooking the sand and sea. All apartments have Foxtel (free of charge) and Broadband Internet (which can be purchased). Standard bedding configuration is one queen and two singles. Different configurations are available on request. Tariff is for up to four guests. Maximum guests per two bedroom apartment is five people. Additional guest charge for fifth guest is AUD30.00 per night accommodated on a rollaway bed.
